Randolph Cutshall (born August 27, 1980) is a TFL Football Owner of the Las Vegas Hitmen, which he has owned since 2020.  He currently lives in Howland, Ohio and works at Primetals Technologies, as a Quality and EHS Manager.

Randolph is seperated from his wife. He is the proud father of 1 child.

He is a man that loves sports of all natures from baseball to MMA, with a fondness to the Cleveland Indians and New York Jets.  Randolph also enjoy lacrosse which he played a year in college as well as television shows such as the Big Bang Theory, The Curse of Oak Island, and the Star Wars movies.
